| There are three features in the invented technological process, the first is that the porosity and compression-resistance of the thin wall cells which compose the sugarcane pitch, are utilized, the powder of sugarcane pith is used as filter aid to remove the colloid grains in the papaya milk; the second is to add calcium chloride in the colloid grains removed extractive liquid and to set still, after the flocculate is settled out and the viscosity of extractive liquid is lowered, the fine filtration and millipore filter diaphragm bacteria removing filtration are conducted; the third is to conduct constant filtration and concentration to the above mentioned extractive liquid with the anisotropic super filter diaphragm system. The advantages of said process are high efficiency, low energy loss, high pureness of product and high recovery rate of enzyme activity. | |||
