Abstract:
     Animal's cells are cultured at high density in an air-lift reactor designed specially under conventional condition and low air speed by addition of low-density non-toxic surfactant and thickening agent in liquid medium. The method can realize high-density culture of both wall dependent cells and wall independent cells with the advantages of simple structure and easy operation.
