Abstract:
     The solid fermentation method for thurin bacteria biocide includes bacteria culture, sterilization of culture-medium, inoculation, culture in plain dishes, stove drying and grinding, it is characterized in that the culture-medium is magnetically processed before inoculation, the plane dishes is used and shelf is equipped with ventilation structure, the fermentation chamber is closed, temperature and humidity are controlled by air conditioning system; the present method provides the product with live spore content of 40-50 billion/g., toxicity value of the dry powder reaches 8000-16000 IU/mg.
