Abstract:
     The said apparatus is for cell fusion or transfer of biological giant molecule to cell, esp for the fusion of genetransfer cells. It consists of voltage-stabilizing and energy-accumulating circuit, HF signal generator, high-voltage electronic switch, pulse controlling logic circuit for regulating pulse number and duty cycle, and reactor. After setting adjustable parameters, the said apparatus can perform automatic genetransfer or cell fusion programmably. It may be widely used in outer-source genetransfer and cell fusion of animals, plants and microbes.
