Abstract:
     The invention provides a design of a close type long continuous mechanized tunnel for making plain spirit yeast, the tunnel is made from brick mixed structure, it is a closed long passway without window, but has doors at both ends and railway on the ground, the ventilating ducts with heating and moistening pipes are mounted at both sides and top, the tunnel is divided into 18 segments, all the processes are completed in the same tunnel. It can reduce the loss of yeast, produce yeast in high quality, and reduce the intensity of lbaour, its efficiency is high, the area occupied by the tunnel is small, investment is low.
