Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a mobile solid ferementation method, including strain culture, medium sterilizing, inoculating, fermentation, drying and fine grinding. It is characterized by that its medium sterilizing process comprises high-pressure sterilizing under steam pressure of 0.1-0.3 MPa for 5-20 min., and the medium is gone along the annular path in a closed fermentation chamber, and at the same time is fermented, and then dried so as to make its water content less than 3%, and then finely-ground to the powder whose grain size is 200-325 meshes, and whose virulence titer is 8000-1600 IU/mg. Said invention is simple in technological process, and can make the microbial solid fermentation according to its defined technological condition to implement high-quality, high-yield and automation production.
