Abstract:
     The solid fermenting apparatus for brewing food, biological pharmacy and environmental protection is composed of fermenting tank, delivering unit and distributing wind channel. In the fermenting tank, there are multiple layers of conveying belt and lifting hopper, on which material to be fermented and yeast are cyclically delivered while stirred. The distributing wind channel passes filtered aseptic hot air into fermenting tank and prevents bacteria from coming in it. It features that feeding, sterilizing and fermentation all are conducted in enclosed solid fermenting tank with high automation degree.
