Abstract:
     A tissue culture method in which polypropylene film bag is used as tussue culture container other than glass bottle features that a holding device is used to clamp the mouthes of 6-10 said bags that has contained medium and to make them stand up; 2-6 holding devices are put in a big polypropylene film bag and sterilized, inoculation is conducted for each bag; and the mouthes of all the bags are sealed. Its advantages include low cost, small size, good sealing performance and high survival rate. The method is suitable to culture seedlings.
