| This invention refers to a water-luted fermenting cellar where the traditional mud-lute is substituted by water-lute. It can prevent the air and miscellaneous bacteria from getting into during fermentation, and provide the necessary conditions for microbe growing thereby. Not only the sweet smell of the liquor which comes mainly from ethyl acetate is thickened, but also the yielding is increased. | |||
