Abstract:
     This invention relates to a method which changes the conventional technology by using starch based substance and chaff as the main raw material. Fine vinegar can be produced by using milled powders of corn stalk which is not mildewed. It enlarges the sources of raw material, saves the foodstuffs and increases the vinegar production.
