Abstract:
     It relates to a method for edible vinegar being solidified into powder form. A technology of cover-recieving, thickening, and adsorbing technique is applied. Cyclic dextrin is served as a covering, reciever to cover-recieve the dissimilar molecules in edible vinegar. for the rest, 10-80% thickening-adsorber is added for thickening so to make sticky paste of edible vinegar. Solid vinegar powder is obtd. after drying. It enables edible vinegar to be convenient in packing, transporting and carrying, with vinegar's color, flavour, and taste being main tained, and provides a convenient condiment for tourists.
