Abstract:
     A brewing method for hawthorn vinegar is published in this invention, maincrude materials are hawthorn, honey and grain. The hawthorn vinegar is made up through comminuting, fermentation, spraying of vinegar, mixing and sisinfection. As compared to formulation of present rice vinegar crude material, the grain is saved and othe agricultural resource is developed, the flavour and nutrition are richer than rice vinegar.
