| This invention introduces a process for preparing a kind of vinegar used for elimination of alcoholism. It contains vinegar as a basic material, and a drug liquor prochcced by cold impregation and digestion of Chinese medicines, including the rhizome of oriental water plantain, umbellate pore fungus, fuling (poris cocos), baishu, the root of kudzu vine, and cassia twig. They are then mixed with borneol, sugar, and tangerine crystal. The alcoholism-eliminating vingar thus prepared meets the ministrial standards of amino-acid nitrogen, total acid, reducing sugar, and total solids. The mechanism of eliminating alcoholism is that the activity of enzyme for ethanol metabolism and the metabolism of liver is increased by relaxing of liver behavior and regaining of spirit to lighten alcoholic poisoning. | |||
