| The present invention relates to a "wuxing" vinegar which not only can be used as the edible vinegar, but also has the functions of curing diseases, preventing diseases and enhancing human immunologic function. The technological process of making the vinegar is that it uses the conventional vinegar-manufacturing method to extract raw liquor, and uses five traditional Chinese medicinal herbs of wolfbery fruit, liquorice, bitter appricot kernel. Chinece-date and apple and decocts them in a certain proportion to extract the medicinal liquor, and further the raw liquor and medicinal liquor are mixed, decocted, aged and bottled. Its vinegar sourness is pure and its has a pure amber color. | |||
