Abstract:
     The white vinegar which can be preserved for a long time without mould and deterioration is prepared with sugar, wine and water through mixing, canning and fermentation. It may be reprocessed into regenerated white vinegar and may be blended with colour vinegar to prevent the latter from mould and deterioration. It has high acidity and nutritive value and no additive.
