Abstract:
     A method for continuous production of vinegar includes displaced fermentation in dedicated fermenting canal, leaching from tube-shaped container and bag, and discharge. Enzyme and excellent strain are used in fermentation without yeast and distillation. Its advantages are high vinegar quality, short productive period and saving energy.
