Abstract:
     The said vinegar is made from fruit, wheat bran and rice bran mixed with nutrient component of medicinal stone. Unlike conventional process where wine is first made from fruits and then vinegar is made, the said method makes vinegar directly by fermenting fruits as raw material. Black earth mould strain capable of effectively decomposing tannic acid, etc. in fruits is used, and this makes vinegar product have unique fruit fragrance and rich nutrient.
