Abstract:
     An improved vinegar as condiment for daily use is a health-care fruit vinegar and is made up from 5-10 deg. distillate spirit (60-80 portions), fruit juice (5-25), bacterium aceticus strain liquor (5-10) and honey (1-4) through uniformly mixing and fermenting at 30-32 deg. C for 28-30 days, and features good lustre, agreeable smell and fruit taste, proper sour and sweet taste, rich contents of vitamines and minerals, and health-care function.
