| A calcium-enriched edible vinegar is prepared through adding the soluble calcium-contained substances such as calcium chloride, calcium acetate and calcium salt of amino acid to edible vinegar or vinegar-washing water, or the calcium-contained substances such as calcium oxide, calcium carbonate and shell or egg shell powder into vinegar or acetic acid and amino acid in unwashed vinegar tank for reaction to obtain soluble calcium salt, and features high calcium ion mass content (0.1-1.5%) and low cost, providing cheap approach to supplement calcium. | |||
