Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a Muslims' edible vinegar. Its main raw material composition includes (wt%) 40-60% of rice bran, 40-60% of wheat bran, 75-85% of ultrapure water and 5-6% of acetic acid. As compared with existent technique. Said invented preparation method adds sterilization at 80 deg. C, dealcoholization and pasteurization after packaging. Said invented edible vinegar contains no ethyl alcohol, and uses ultrapure water, has no any preservative, so that it is specially suitable for Muslims to eat.
