| The present invention relates to a Muslims' edible vinegar which is made from (by wt%) 20-39% of rice bran, 20-39% of wheat bran, 20-50% of corn flour used as mainraw materials, ultrapure water whose content is 80-90% of that of main raw materials and aceticacid whose content is 4-5% of the whole edible vinegar solution. Said edible vinegar contains no ethyl alcohol or preservative, and contains high sugar content, and used water is ultrapure, so that it can effectively relieve the unhealthy irritation of acetic acid to digestive system, therefore said invented edible vinegar is specially applicable to Muslims. | |||
