Abstract:
     This invented ageing method and equipments are used for speeding up alcoholics to become early going into their maturity. It is a synthetic ageing system of multifunctions. The system consists of an ultrasonic oscillator with its energy transducer, an ultraviolet ray irradiation with its ozone generated and a magnetic treatment system. Within 6-8 minutes, due to some functions of the synthetic system bringing into play, an increase of the sweet smell of alcoholics may be accelerated by a certain function, and some other functions also do good to improve the raw, strong and mixed tastes of new alcoholics. By means of the complementary effect of these functions, the natural chemical and physical changes which are resulted in the alcoholics stored in cellar conditions may be obtained.
