Abstract:
     This invention gives a method for treating the quality of wine with X-ray. After treatment, the impurities of the wine, such as methyl alcohol, isobutyl alchohol, diethyl carbinol, ethyl formate, ethyl acetate, aldehydes, sulphides etc., will be reduced obviously. Some of them will be reduced by 30%, while the ethyl caproate content of the wine will be greatly increased. The treated wine has alcoholic fragrance and soft and good taste. It speeds up matuirty of wine, and improves the quality of the wine.
