Abstract:
     The present invention is an electrostatic aging method for wine and the installation adopted as well. It belongs to an artificial riping (aging) technique, and is characterized by using a super voltage electrostatic field in treating wine. The application of artificial electrostatic aging shortens the riping period required for wine obviously as compared with those aged by other methods. The present invention provides the advantages of simple installation, low cost, large batch mass in a single treating with evident effect and without the occurence returning unripe again etc., so it is an ideal method for wine-aging.
