Abstract: |
|||
| The present invention belongs to a processing method for white spirts. The basic white spirits newly made has a pungent, bitter and astringent odor, with various smells, so it is generally necessary to preserve (aging) it for more than half a year before it becomes drinkable. For certain "famous" and "excellent" white spirits, an aging period of threee years or more is frequently needed in order to maintain a special flavour and quality. This requires a large amt. of funds to purchase containers and to construct numerous spirits storehouses. The present invention is making basic white spirits flowing through adsorption column filled with a certain ion-exchanged zeolite catalysts, in order to achieve a catalytic aging. The flavour of the treated spirits is the same as that of the natural aged white spirits. | |||
