Abstract:
     This invention relates to one kind of method for quick brew of beer by solidphase yeast. Raw material used is soyabean cake, which is immersed in water and then, sugar and hop are added to the resulting maceration extract to make fermentation liquid to be inoculated with solidphase yeast, beer is quickly manufactured. Said method is simple and easy, less investment and shorter fermentation duration.
