Abstract:
     The prior art for producing low-degree white spirit is the separating method, i.e., in order to keep the limpidity of the spirit, the intrinsic compositions of the white spirit which include some substance with the taste are separated, but the quality of the spirit is reduced. This invention uses the anticoagulating method for producing low-degree white spirit, i.e., when high-degree white spirit was diluted and the degree of alcohol content reduced, according to the content of high-level alcohol, fatty acid and ester substance in the base spirit added anticoagulant to separate out the turbid substance produced by coacervating easily and to form the stable dispersing series. This method can produce limpid, clear and good taste low-degree white spirit.
