Abstract:
     The high-efficient ageing technique for liquors by interface process and the installations thereof provide a high efficient, practical, simple and available method and installation for artificially ageing liquors. The installations adopted for the method in the present invention mainly consist of liquor-staring containers and interface bodies. The structure of the installation is simple. The ageing process of several hours or days in the said installation resuits in an effect corresponding to the natural ageing effect of 3-5 years or more by excellent colour, smell, taste and flarour. For brandy etc., it may result in an effect corresponding to that of more than ten years.
