Abstract:
     The technology of this invention is aimed at the bottling of emulsified fermented beverage of low alcohol content to prevent it from deterioration and precipitation, esp. the technology of bottling the thickened wine. The technological schemes of bottling the thickened wine, steps of operation, conditions to be controlled and necessary additive compositions are disclosed. This technology has solved the problems of deterioration, precipitation and related problems during storage and handling of thickened wine. The commercialized bottling operation has been realized without damaging the quality and flavor of the traditional thickened wine.
