| The technology for filtration of low-concentration white wine through direct cooling concerns the technology for clarifying the low-concentration liquors. The prior art of natural cooling is restricted severely by both the location and season, and cooling in the cold storage is quite expensive and fails to meet the regulations set by the refrigeration management, whereas the indirect cooling of liquors may result in significant waste of cooling energy, inconvenience in operation and difficulties in mass production. This invention utilizes the evaporator of the single-stage refrigeration unit for direct cooling of the pre-blended low-concentration wine. The wine produced according to this present invention is of high clarity, good flavour and a long shelf life. This technology is suitable for highly automatic mass production of liquors with simplicity in operation and low production cost. | |||
