Abstract:
     After the raw wine being decocted by heating for sterilizing, it is poured under the condition below 60 deg.C into a large vessel which has been sterilized by steam and filled with super-clean air, and is then sealed tight. During natural cooling, more super-clean air is added to the vessel. Then the wine is stored for aging. This invention is applicable to the storage and aging of dry type, semi-dry type and semi-sweet type yellow rice wine with large vessel.
