Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a purifying and abnormal taste removing method of substituent wine, including chemical and physical treating procedures. It uses the cornstarch, powdered active carbon, potassium permanganate, edible citric acid as the medium, and the above-mentioned material is added in the wine liquor to be processed and fully stirred. After those are treated in the wine drink brew-filtering device, the molasses wine, bagasse wine, dried potato wine, cassava wine and its alcohol can be changed into the wine liquor whose tastiness and color are in advance of the wine liquor of pure rice wine, therefore the pure rice wine is fairly good replaced and the delicate fragrance type substituent wine is obtained. The operation of the said method is simple, easy to draw materials, cost is low and its effect is good.
