Abstract: |
|||
| This clarifying liquor is composed of ethyl hexanoate (1-3%), tween-80 (15-25%), DC-550 silicones (0.01-0.08%) and alcohol (73-83%). For the clarifying liquor, the productive cost can be lowered and the productive period of low-degree wine shortened. The original mellow taste of wine is maintained while the contents of harmful substances inclusive of lead are lowered. It is specially suitable to prepare the low-degree wine with any concentration. The lower the degree of wine, the less the consumption of clarifying liquor. | |||
