Abstract:
     The method of quick-acting ageing for making wine is to pass a beam of magnetic lines of force through the wine to accelerate the ageing process. This wine which is magnetized for about 7-15 days will become mellow, rich in wine taste less bitter and can compare favourably with those being natural aged for some years.
