Abstract:
     The present invention refers to the method and apparatus of beer antioxidation. It is accomplished by introducing gaseous carbon dioxide, nitrogen or inert gas into empty bottle. Gas bottle is connected with gas distributor through gas pipe and pressure regulating valve. The distributor is inside the washing filtration tower and is densely covered with pores of 0.005-0.8 micrometer occupying 10-70% of the total distributor area. The washing-filtration tower is tangentially connected with inner wall of cylindrical gas tank, which is again connected with spray nozzle. Washing-filtration tower is filled with potassium permanganate soln. to ensure purification of gas filled into bottle from the said nozzle, thus preventing efficiently beer oxidation and maintaining its taste for a long period.
