Abstract:
     This invention utilizes the feature of vanadium-titanium black porcelain contained rich transition family metal oxide which is capable to radiate infrared ray for improving the ageing process to increase the quality of wine. It uses the jar, pot, tin, vat, pool, etc. containers made with vanadium-titanium black porcelain or the sucface of ordinary porcelain container coated with tailings glaze of extracting vanadium to fill the new making wine or puts the vanadium-titamium black procelain lumps into wine, then stores in room temp. The vanadium-titanium black porcelain jar or procelain jar coated with tailings glaze of extracting vanadium is used as wine package for leaving the brewery. Said method greatly reduces the ageing period of wine and obviously increases the content of aromatic ester in wine.
