Abstract:
     Said process of this invention uses additional closed magnetic field during standing still period of conventional beer in post-treatment equipment. The central magnetic field is maintained above 350 Gauss in order to magnetize the beer fully. The precipitate is reduced after the beer is magnetized, its quality is improved, at same time, it possesses many magnetic curing and health-care effect.
