Abstract: |
|||
| The process takes advantage of a high voltage direct current generator to charge high voltage capacitor. Revolving electrode is series connected to a discharge gap and then bridged between the high voltage side of high voltage capacitor and earth. By virtue of "on" and "off" of revolving electrode, pulsed discharge is produced thru the discharg gap from high voltage capacitor, thus a strong "electro-water hammer effect" is yielded in liquid foodstuff, and the bacteria is killed by pulverizing. By this process, disinfection rate may be over 90 percent, there is not any free radical formed in disinfected food, the original nutrient is maintained unchanged. This invention is applicable for disinfection of all liquid foodstuff. | |||
