Abstract:
     Said invention is related to a preparation method for coconut wine possessing the effects of nutrition and health. This method is that the coconut meat and coconut milk are used as basic material, in cubating with coconut distiller's yeast, then the coconut wine is obtained through sealed fermentation for many times. The advantages of said method are simple in processing, short in fermention period, lower in cost. The colloid clean up process is especially adopted, the coconut wine obtd. is colourless and fransparent. The coconut wine contains also varius amino acids and frace elements needed by human body.
