Abstract: |
|||
| The invented filter aid for beer defecation contains blangel and bentonite. Their weight ratios are 50-95% and 50-5% respectively and grain sizes are all 80-200 meshes. Kaoline can be added into the filter aid. With obvious selectivity, the defecating agent can effectively absorb the high polymer and retain the low polymer protein in beer, and so prolong the effective date by two months, while it has no negative effect in the quality and flavor of beer. It is unnecessary to alter the original technique of beer production. Furthermore, it is very cheap. The filter aid may be applied to various wines and beverages containing protein. | |||
