| The base spirit passes the first filtering column to remove dirt and foreign smell and to be initially mellowed, then blended with quality spirit and passes the second filtering column to remove dirt and to be further mellowed at a fast speed. The method has such advantages of less inventment on equipment, big production quantity, and greatly shortened time for mellowing in treating low grade spirit without affecting the benefitial contents of the original spirit. Besides, the dirt removing agent can be easily treated for reuse. It is suitable for application to various distillery and beverage plants. | |||
