| An ageing accelerator for wine (spirit) contains 4-valence to 7-valence Mn compound, H2O2, KClO3, SiO2, activated carbon and anion and/or cation resin. Its technological steps only includes mixing them with raw wine or spirit uniformly in container and aying mixed wine or spirt aside for the oxidation reaction of Mn compound, H2O2 and KClO3 with aldehyde, methanol and phenol in wine or spirit, and the filtering and purifying action of SiO2, activated carbon and anion and/or cation resin. It features low cost and good ageing-accelerating efect. | |||
