Abstract:
     A method for accelerating the aging and preservating physically for low-degree (0.5-39 deg.) wine such as beer, grains wine, fruit wine and medicinal wine is essentially that high-frequency (2-60 MH2) electromagnetic field is used to treat said wine for 30-1230 seconds and when the weight of wine to be treated is 20 kg or less, current intensity is adjusted up by 0.5-24 A. Its action is disinfection and suppression of bacteria growth.
