Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a magnetic treatment technology for reducing bisacetyl content in beer, and is used for raising beer quality in production of beer. Said invention is technically characterized by using a uniform strong magnetic field with 0.3-2.0T produced by D.C. electric magnet or Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet and installing it in conveyer tube so as to make beer pass through the magnetic field zone and cut the magnetic flux along the plastc tube, so that the magnetic treatment process can be implemented. Said invention has the advantages of simple technological process, low equipment investment and cost, and notable result. Tests show that when the beer is passed through the magnetic field with 0.5T, 1.0T and 2.0T, its bisacetyl content can be respectively reduced to 0.06g/l, 0.08g/l and 0.09g/l from 0.15g/l.
