Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a method for producing clarifying agent of low percent alcohol white spirit by using hydrothermal type sepiolite. It is made up by using natural inorganic mineral raw materials of hydrothermal type sepiolite, calcite, dolomite and quartz and making them pass through physicochemical treatments. It has the functions of selectively adsorbing high-grade fatty ester and abnormal taste in spirit which are liberated due to reducing alcohol of white spirit and low-temp., and can make low percent alcohol spirit as clear as crystal, and keep original spirit flavour, so that it is applicable to production of various aromatic low percent alcohol white spirits.
