Abstract:
     This invention relates to process of producing Coix lacryma wine which is beneficial for health. Its first step is brewing raw wine with Coix lacryma, then to lower alcohol concen with distillated water and with active carbon, and adding Coix lacryma, Cictyophora, Dioscorea opposta, black glutinous rice into said wine to dip, and finally via filtering the Coix lacryma wine is produced.
