Abstract:
     The preparation method involves soaking jujube, fruit of honey tree and crystal sugar, tangerine peel, fruit of wolfberry with mellow wine respectively, after filtrating, combining them into a transparent wine in tea yellow color, if the alcohol content of the mellow wine is 50-55 deg. , the methyl alcohol content is 0.04-2.0 g/100ml, the obtained alcohol content of the jujube wine will be 30-40 deg., and the methyl alcohol content will be less than 0.02g/100 ml, experiments verified that there is an active component in fruit of honey tree and jujube which can reduce greatly the methyl alcohol content.
