Abstract:
     The invented method consists of sample preparation, instrument regulating and drawing the spectrum graph. The characteristic lies in that after the spectrum graph is finished, the width of the half-hight of each spectral peak is measured accurately to determine the half-height width factor delta 1/2 (OH)/delta1/2 (CH3) of the wine to be detected, and to compare with the measured standard of the wine of this kind to determine the ageing degree of the wine to be measured. Said invention can detect the ageing degree accurately and reliably.
