| The present invention relates to a health-preserving wine. It uses a white wine whose alcohol content is 40-50 deg. as matrix and contains 17 amino acids, several trace elements and vitamins. its formula consists of 1000g of white wine, 15-25g of zhusun (a Chinese medicinal herb-an aromatic plant), 40g of ginseng, 50-65g of Chinese-date, 60g of wolfberry fruit, 40g of tangerine peel, 40g of honey and 40g of crystal sugar. The above-mentioned materials are passed through six procedures of mixing materials, extracting, coarse-filtering, blending semifinished product, ageing and fine-filtering, so that the invented product can be made up. Its colour is golden yellow and clear, and its contained total amino acid content is 64.37 mg/100ml wine. Said invention has the functions of regulating blood and qi, balancing yin and yang and strengthening immunity of human body, so that it can prevent and treat diseases, resist senility, prolong the life, beautify face and moisten skin. | |||
