| Contamination caused by toxic element Pb is eliminated in the claimed preserved-egg making process. Besides keeping traditional flavour, the egg preserved by this process has clean and nice-looking shell and inner body, no black lead spots. According to the Pb-level test, its lead content is O.1-O.41 PPM, which is near the level of O.08-0.3 PPM in fresh egg of ducks. | |||
